Rodrigo has over 20 years’ experience in groundwater hydrogeology, including conceptualisation, modelling and water resources management/assessment. He holds a PhD in Geology (Groundwater) and an MSc in Water Resources Engineering. He has worked in different countries including Chile, Peru, Belgium, Italy, as well as across different market sectors. This experience has expanded his knowledge, expertise, and appreciation of groundwater challenges within his role.

On a personal level, Rodrigo appreciates solving complex problems through innovation, supported by multiple lines of evidence. He enjoys learning from colleagues, as well as supporting early career staff. At AGE, Rodrigo provides high-quality deliverables with an aim to always surpass our clients’ expectations.

Outside of AGE, Rodrigo is a father to three children, and a proud soccer dad. He loves quality time with his family and enjoys outdoor camping and playing soccer at the beach.
