Alvaro is a project hydrogeologist with experience in groundwater modelling, hydraulics, and hydrology, joining AGE in July 2024. He completed his civil engineering studies and his specialisation in hydraulics, sanitation, and environment at Universidad de Chile in 2020.

From researching methods using software and ground data to represent groundwater dynamics to utilising numerical models to predict potential changes, Alvaro enjoys all the responsibilities and significance that come with his role.

Outside of AGE, Alvaro thoroughly enjoys travelling to places he has never been before to experience new foods and see sights he has never encountered. When he is not out exploring, you can find him watching a good movie, TV series, or reading a book.
