Senior – Hydrogeologist | Adelaide
Chris Turnadge
Chris has 15 years of hydrogeology experience, including applications of field methods, advanced time series analysis, hydrogeological interpretation of geophysical data, and groundwater modelling. What he enjoys most about hydrogeology is the breadth of discipline, as it encompasses a broad range of processes and connects with other sciences, in addition to solving real-world needs.
Recently, Chris has been interested in developing alternative approaches for hydraulic testing, which has mostly focused on sinusoidal slug testing. In the modelling space, he has an ongoing interest in the use of multiphysics codes to simulate coupled physical processes, in addition to groundwater flow.
Outside of the workplace, Chris is a keen runner, having completed half a dozen ultramarathon trail runs. Now, he is a father of two children who join him in a number of rogaining and orienteering events.
