Mike joined the AGE team in November 2024 with over 13 years of senior leadership experience in complex and fast-paced business-to-business environments. In addition to this, he holds valuable knowledge in marketing, sales management, strategic planning and execution. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree, with honours, in Business Management, and is studying a Master’s in Business Analytics.

At AGE, Mike is enthusiastic about improving the work life of his team and enjoys ending the day knowing he has made a difference. He aims to leverage his leadership experience alongside his analytical skills to benefit the business. With the responsibility of ensuring the Business Services Team continue to deliver across the business, Mike presents operational excellence and continual process improvements every day.

On a personal level, Mike is dedicated to personal growth and family connection, whether it is done through adventures or exploring something fun with his family. His journeys have landed him in forty-one different countries, having lived in three.
